Forgot your password?
Select Forgot password? from the Cupd. login screen, enter the email associated with your account and follow the reset link sent to you.
Not receiving a reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the email associated with your account. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account from within Cupd. Account deletion removes your account and associated content from Cupd.'s active systems, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, security or technical reasons.
Photos, camera & location
Cupd. may ask for permission to use your camera, photo library and location. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.
Notifications
You can manage Cupd. notification permissions through your device settings.
Report inappropriate content or behaviour
If you see harassment, threats, hate, explicit material, impersonation, spam, privacy violations or anything else that may breach our Community Guidelines, contact support@cupd.co.uk.
Please include the relevant username and enough information for us to identify the content.
