Delete your account.
Permanently remove your Cupd. account and associated content.
You can delete your Cupd. account at any time directly from within the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot normally be undone.
- Open Cupd.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
What gets deleted?
Deleting your account removes your account and associated personal content from Cupd.'s active systems, including:
- Your profile.
- Your profile photo.
- Your Cupds (coffee posts).
- Uploaded coffee and selfie photos.
- Your comments.
- Your reactions.
- Your friendships and friend requests.
- Associated notifications linked to your account.
What may be retained?
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security or fraud prevention purposes, or where temporary copies remain in secure backups until they expire.
Changed your mind?
Once deletion has been completed, your account cannot normally be recovered. You'll need to create a new account if you want to use Cupd. again.
